A review of a business by way of "health check" can be the first stage of Pathfinder's involvement with a company.

The review can either be;

Pre-lending; Pathfinder can help a prospective lender decide whether they should lend and on what terms.

Post lending; Pathfinder can help an existing lender decide whether it wishes to continue lending and on what terms.

It may be that following a post lending review a lender decides that is does not want to continue the lending relationship. In this case Pathfinder can help achieve a Managed exit that brings the relationship to a close in a way that minimises damage to the business.

The output from a business review is a report providing clear, concise and unambiguous recommendations as how to proceed
